Hello, I'm Géraldine! 🌿
Always passionate about nutrition, I grew up in a family of pastry chefs... but with a major blockage towards sugar. After years of digestive problems, I discovered how much what we eat impacts our well-being. As a mother, I was shocked by the sugary products offered to children, often misleading despite the "natural" promises.

So I started making everything from scratch: cookies, spreads, ice cream... testing all types of sweeteners. But between those with a high glycemic index, those loaded with fructose, and those with strange tastes, nothing really suited me.

After months of research, testing, reading, and cooking 🧪🥼, I discovered a little-known treasure: chicory, a local root with nutritional superpowers.✨🍯

This is where CHICOSWEET was born: a healthy, delicious, and local alternative to sugar, made from chicory grown in Belgium. A natural sweetness, rich in prebiotic fiber, that's good for the stomach and the soul.

My goal? To offer the whole family the pleasure of sweetness, without the unwanted side effects of sugar.
